If you had told me 2 years ago that I’d be packing up my entire life to move states AGAIN, I probably would have laughed (and maybe cried). But here I am…This summer, we decided to move back home to New England to be closer to family after a little adventure in North Carolina (that I’ll always treasure so much!)

Most mornings start way earlier than I’d like. 5:45 am mom alarm for school mornings is no joke. I always intend to kick things off with a Veggie Sips, but nine times out of ten, I’m reaching straight for a Strawberry Spark Support Sips to survive the scramble of breakfast, backpacks, and “GET ON YOUR SHOES!” I always make sure my kids' water bottles are filled with their current Veggie Sips flavor obsession (green apple for all three at the moment) before we are out the door!
Once I’m home from drop off, I’m doing a quick house reset and getting ready for my workout obsession: Hotworx. (IYKYK—those infrared workouts are no joke, but I’m hooked.) Post-workout, I dive into my go-to combo: a Protein Sips + Blackberry Breeze Veggie Sips mix. It’s the perfect fuel as I settle into work mode—emails, calls, projects, and all the behind-the-scenes of running Sips Club.
By 3 pm, it’s time for a second wind, so I grab another Support Sips before diving into after-school chaos. Snacks are mandatory, so I usually whip up Protein Sips & snacks for the kids to avoid the dreaded hangry meltdowns. From there, it’s a blur of soccer drop-offs, homework help, work calls, and a kitchen that somehow never stays clean.

By the time the kids are in bed, I collapse onto the couch with trashy reality TV or True Crime and, if I’m craving something sweet, I’ll mix up one last Veggie Sips before officially calling it a night. Probably single-handedly keeping my own business afloat with the Sips Club, my family consumes each day :)
Between moving boxes, business goals, and raising three amazing (and loud) kids, I’m grateful for the little routines that keep me grounded…and sipping.
