Dry January Guide: Healthy Mocktails With Sips Club

Dry January Guide: Healthy Mocktails With Sips Club

If you’re considering hitting the reset button after the holiday chaos (same) or just want to start the year feeling healthier and more energized, a Dry January mocktail might be what your body needs.

Why Even Try Dry January? Abstaining the whole month of January from alcohol has become super popular and honestly I get why. After a month of sugar cookies, holiday parties and the kids home from school, a reset feels good. Plus, research and health experts are finding real benefits to giving your body a break from alcohol, even for just one month or even a few weeks.

Most parents I know often experience:

Better sleep & more energy

  • TBH we're already sleep deprived. But removing alcohol (another thing that messes with sleep) helps a lot more than you think.

Improved hydration & that "what are you doing?" glow

  • Alcohol dehydrates the body, so skipping it can lead to clearer skin and reduced inflammation.

Stronger immune system & calmer mood

  • Because chasing kids while battling a cold? No thanks

Mocktails to Make Your Dry January Delicious

Dry January isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling good, like “I have enough energy to fold laundry at 8PM" good. Here are a few of our favorite mocktails to kick off the season.

1. Gut-Happy Sunrise

  • 1 packet Veggie Sips - pink pineapple
  • 4 oz orange juice
  • Sparkling water to top
  • Orange slice for garnish

Mix Veggie Sips with orange juice and top with sparkling water for a refreshing, nutrient-boosted mocktail that still feels special.

2. Immunity Boost Fizz

  • 1 packet Support Sips - lime flavor
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • Splash of lemon
  • Mint sprig

Stir Support Sips into coconut water and add lemon and mint for a revitalizing, hydrating mocktail to support your immune system and energy levels.

3. Peachy Protein Punch

  • 1 scoop Protein Sips
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Club soda to fill
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Add ice and blend

Create the perfect tropical piña colada-esque mocktail with protein sips, pineapple juice and coconut milk. Not only is it delicious, but it supports your hydration, bone health and focus!

Cheers to a Healthier You!

Here’s to a month of mindful choices, tasty drinks, and giving your body the kind of care we give everyone else all year long.
